Relationship Breakdown Personal Support

Based on client feedback, we have developed four fixed price programs at £247 per month for our clients, as well as offering custom programmes. All programs are an investment for the future and by using our services you will save money and time and allow yourself to progress more efficiently as you take back control.  

1.      I know I must do something – but where do I start and am I really ready?

This short programme called Where the bleep do I start? is for people who realise that their relationship is in trouble and need help in clarifying whether it is really over and whether they are really ready. They may need help to clarify the options available or even to kick-start the separation or divorce process. This personal support programme costs £247 and takes place over a month with support delivered over the telephone, plus unlimited email support.  

2.      We are living separate lives and are getting divorced but I’m being told by friends/my lawyer that I’m not coping well.

A typical client on this two month course How the bleep do I cope? may have separated and living separate lives but not coping well. Their partner may already have left them and they may be worried about their children, the finances and much more. This personal support programme is designed to keep them focused and give them the confidence to progress. Costing £247 a month over two months, support is over the telephone, with unlimited email support, but can include face-to-face meetings if practical.  

3.      We are getting divorced but I don’t understand what is happening to me. My lawyer is busy with the legal side but I don’t want to bother my lawyer/pay legal fees for non-legal support.

What the bleep is happening? is for people who need to fully understand what is happening to them. It can be for a month or longer depending on how fast life is changing. Clients may have engaged a lawyer for the legal side but need non-legal support too and this programme will answer the hard-to-answer non-legal questions. Clients may be attempting to reach agreement about the children and the financial split through mediation, or through the collaborative legal process, but are worried that their emotional state will let them down in meetings. Support costs £247 per month and is over the telephone, with unlimited email support and can include face-to-face meetings if practical. We work alongside your lawyer with your permission.  

4.      We have to go to court. I think I know my case but need help with the practical and emotional side to learn how best to present myself in court.

How the bleep do I prepare for court? is a program for people going to court. They may have legal representation or they may be representing themselves in court as a litigant in person. This may have come about because they have run out of funds for legal representation due to the adversarial nature of the case. Over a month or two we will focus on how to best to present themselves in court with tips and techniques for leaving the emotions out of court. Mentor support costs £247 per month and is over the telephone, with unlimited email support and can include face-to-face meetings if practical. We work alongside your lawyer (if you have one) with your permission.
