This exploratory discussion, for which we charge a one off fee of £50 payable by PayPal, will help you see how you can proceed and we can discuss a personal support programme which is right for you and your situation.

  Autumn Breakup Coaching

Are you disappointed by a disastrous summer holiday spoilt because your relationship has broken down? Are you wondering whether you can take holidays together any longer – and dreading Christmas?  

You might have thought a holiday would help bring you together but the opposite was true. If everyone seemed very emotional and you found it hard to pretend anymore it might be time to explore the underlying issues so that you can make sure the next holiday is not even worse. 

If you start addressing the underlying issues of a broken down relationship now you will see that next year can be different. Take time now to review where you are and what you can do. But many people do not know where to turn or who to talk to. 

To help men and women who are trying to make sense of a recent relationship breakdown we are offering an autumn breakup coaching programme of 6 x 30 minute coaching sessions  - 6 weeks over September and October for £297 (usual price is over £370.) It’s a great opportunity to understand where your breakup is heading and what you can do about it in short, sharp sessions to get some clarity. We guarantee it will help you feel better about what you can and cannot do for a broken down relationship, and in the long run save you time and money by being able to focus better on what is possible.

We will focus on what the main problems are and explore how you can use your strengths, knowledge and support to move forward. By discussing what needs to change and when, you will see that things can be very different (better even) next summer and that Christmas can be far happier than you envisage right now. Having a sounding board can you help clarify whether this is ‘it’ or whether there is still some mileage in the relationship left worth salvaging.
